Mill Sales Manager (Pulp & Paper)

Location: Guangzhou, China

What you will do

• Drive service business growth through rebuilds, upgrades, improvements, maintenance solutions, replacements, spare parts, consumables, and fabrics.
• Identify customer needs, develop value-adding solutions, and strengthen long-term partnerships across assigned mills.
• Gather market intelligence, analyze competitors, identify new opportunities, and convert prospects into active customers.
• Manage key customer relationships and coordinate service and capital business activities.
• Prepare sales plans, budgets, and forecasts; follow up on orders and payments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Pulp & Paper Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience within the pulp and paper industry.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, committed to continuous improvement, and guided by integrity and honesty.
• Good command of both Chinese and English.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders, navigate complex customer environments, and collaborate across multiple teams.
