Sales Manager (Refinish Coatings)

Location: Chengdu, Sichuan, China

Global coatings manufacturer serving industrial, transportation, consumer products, construction, and aftermarket customers.

What you will do

• Manage the Sichuan refinish business to achieve strategic targets, annual KPIs, year-over-year growth, and margin improvement.
• Win new business from collision-body and non-collision-body opportunities, grow sales and paint-consumption targets, and strengthen non-paint sales.
• Optimize the distributor network, support key distributors, manage pipelines, and develop distributor capabilities in technical service, operations, risk management, digitalization, and sales.
• Provide technical solutions, application support, troubleshooting, shop-efficiency guidance, and regular technical training for dealer groups and end users.
• Analyze market risks and competitor impact, prepare accurate sales and demand forecasts, track investment margins and sales commitments, and manage overdue collections.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in refinish coatings or a relevant industry.
• Strong paint knowledge and application skills.
• Business acumen, an active attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Business management skills, including CRM, WC, and related tools.
