Package Sales (Chemical Industry)

What you will do

• Maintain customer relationships, identify customer needs and new business opportunities, and identify channels for new projects.
• Gather customer demand and prepare forecasts for the plant.
• Prepare regular reports on market information and competitor movements for management decision-making.
• Manage annual contracts, negotiate prices, and achieve segment sales targets.
• Manage accounts receivable, clear overdue balances, and provide accurate forecasts.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate company resources to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales or related work experience in a chemical industry company.
• Bachelor's degree.
• English workable as a business language.
• Willingness to travel and take on challenges.
