Sales Engineer (Automotive Adhesives)

Location: South China; based in Dongguan, Guangdong or Shenzhen. Frequent travel is required.

What you will do

• Maintain existing customers and coordinate internal resources to support business development.
• Develop the South China market among fastener companies, automotive OEMs, and electronics customers using ND coating products.
• Create business strategies, identify new opportunities, and grow profitable opportunity pipelines.
• Work with the factory, technical service, product management, and R&D teams to promote and develop products and processes based on customer and market needs.
• Collect market and competitor information and actively participate in sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; a major in chemical, metal, or material studies is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Good self-management and the ability to arrange and handle daily work independently.
• Good communication skills, high initiative, and a teamwork spirit.
• Optimistic and proactive attitude, resilience under pressure, and willingness to take on pioneering work.
• Ability to travel frequently.

Nice to have

• Experience in fasteners, the automotive industry, or electronics.
