Logistics Specialist

Location: AP-TW-Jhunan (EL), Taiwan; hybrid work arrangement.

What you will do

• Manage daily raw material receiving, issuing, warehouse, import/export, EHS, and quality operations.
• Oversee on-site and external warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and system-record consistency.
• Coordinate with production lines and cross-functional teams to align material flow, schedules, priorities, and timely material support.
• Plan logistics workforce, daily output, capacity allocation, and task priorities while adjusting operations for demand changes, material availability, and urgent requirements.
• Support operator management, shopfloor execution, issue resolution, root cause analysis, preventive actions, and departmental KPI achievement.
• Drive Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives to improve logistics processes, warehouse efficiency, operational stability, and team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in production line, logistics, warehouse, or packing line operations.
• Basic English communication skills for collaboration with global sites or cross-region teams.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement (CIP) and the ability to lead improvement activities or projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, willingness to take on challenges, and ability to drive results.
