Transport Materials Team Lead

Location: Taoyuan City, Taiwan; Conditions: Linkou, Taiwan

What you will do

• Lead the team responsible for transporting materials to hirify.global demand parties.
• Plan the annual transport-materials budget and manage costs within the approved budget.
• Initiate cost-improvement projects and oversee their execution.
• Define and improve return-and-reuse processes to optimize demand and supply across the global supply chain network.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers on physical stock levels, inbound and outbound movements, cycle counts, supply move rates, and repair-pool management.
• Work with factories, sourcing, and procurement to ensure sustainable supplier supply, support manufacturing, and resolve material escalations.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team responsible for transport-material operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Ability to improve return-and-reuse processes and optimize supply and demand.
• Experience coordinating third-party suppliers, inventory movements, physical stock, and regular cycle counts.
• Ability to manage supply and repair-pool move rates and resolve material escalations.
• Ability to collaborate with factories, sourcing, procurement, suppliers, and engineering stakeholders.
