Sr. Spec Warehouse and Import

Location: Taipei, Taipei City, Taiwan; onsite

What you will do

• Conduct physical stock counts, reconcile inventory, process adjustments, and coordinate inventory activities with 3PL partners.
• Manage import damage cases, exceptional cases, goods disposal and inventory write-offs, as well as product returns, holds, recalls, and vendor certification with QA.
• Manage forwarders, customs brokers, and inland trucking vendors, including monthly payment settlement and performance improvement.
• Prepare annual budgets for import freight and local logistics costs, monitor them bi-monthly, and produce billing, vendor KPI, internal KPI, and freight cost reports.
• Manage customs clearance, including LC processes for specific accounts, and supervise receiving, storage, and internal and external transportation of materials.
• Manage customer orders and transportation between suppliers and the local warehouse using shipping documentation, while supporting the resolution of supply issues with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• More than 8–10 years of planning or logistics experience in SCM.
• Knowledge of SCM costs and logistics functions, including import processes, international trading, warehousing, and distribution.
• Strong self-leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet business plans and targets.
• Strategic analytical and communication skills for shipment processes, complaints, and persuasion involving sales, marketing, and suppliers.
• Good decision-making skills for selecting solutions to operational problems.
• Fluent English skills in verbal and written communication.
