Cost & Quotation Enablement Analyst (Supply Chain Procurement)

What you will do

• Validate daily and monthly supplier quotes for one or more ODMs and manage the complete lifecycle cost of product families.
• Manage liability forecasts and claims across moderately complex supply chain processes.
• Analyze complex project-related problems, develop problem statements, and create innovative solutions.
• Design and develop tools, data models, wireframes, performance measurements, and modern business methods to improve daily operations.
• Research and analyze information to develop processes, procedures, presentations, lessons learned, and requirements documentation.
• Communicate direction and guidance across the team and consult with personnel at all levels, including senior executives.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4+ years of work experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field; alternatively, an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
• Strong data analytics skills for validating high-volume monthly quote and cost files.
• Ability to manage cost analysis and planning, BOM management, NPI process management, system operations, requirements management, and process improvement.
• Ability to apply process improvement, reengineering, and internet-related methodologies to process modernization projects.
• Ability to communicate clearly, provide analysis and limited project-direction input, respond to routine issues within established guidelines, and demonstrate effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
