Supply Chain Specialist (AI)

Location: Taipei, Taipei City, Taiwan. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Taiwan; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Manage purchase orders from creation through closure based on approved requirements.
• Track shipments and support accurate goods receipt in the ERP system.
• Investigate discrepancies in quantities, dates, and documentation and coordinate resolutions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Coordinate Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, receiving, warehouse, and supplier activities.
• Identify delivery risks, agree next steps, and follow issues through to resolution.

Requirements

• Practical experience in supply chain, procurement operations, materials management, or logistics.
• Confidence using ERP or MRP systems to maintain accurate supply chain records.
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail when reviewing quantities, dates, and documentation.
• Strong organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with suppliers, logistics providers, and colleagues across different functions.
• A proactive approach to identifying delivery risks, investigating issues, and seeing resolutions through.
• Legal right to work in Taiwan.
