Senior Test Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Co-develop, strategize, and lead projects for low-cost, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing processes aligned with international industrial standards.
• Develop test software and design hardware for manufacturing test systems used in calibration and functional testing of electromechanical and opto-mechanical products, including specialty printers, mobile computers, and laser/imaging scanners.
• Execute measurement validation and define acceptance criteria using Measurement System Analysis tools, including Cpk and Gage R&R studies.
• Support product testing during New Product Introduction and sustaining engineering cycles.
• Benchmark test solutions against Lean Six Sigma and Industry 4.0/IoT trends to improve product quality, factory-line efficiency, and throughput.
• Document, upgrade, and innovate test systems, including schematics, drawings, specifications, and solutions for complex engineering problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 6+ years of work experience.
