Partner Engagement Specialist (Language Services)

Location: Remote, Cluj-Napoca, Romania

What you will do

• Select suitable suppliers for standard services based on quality, on-time delivery, language strategy, capacity, content specialty, and client requirements.
• Lead supplier communication, onboarding, skilling, utilization monitoring, and coordination with Program Squads, Partner Success, Language Operations, and Talent Procurement.
• Monitor supplier quality and performance against thresholds, including on-time delivery, task acceptance time, language quality, and adherence to instructions.
• Initiate Quality Improvement Plans, root-cause analyses, and corrective and preventive actions when required.
• Manage device assignment, shipment, returns, reconciliation, security key issuance and revocation, access incidents, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Track provisioning, deprovisioning, and MTTR SLAs; enforce GDPR and CCPA controls, prepare ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audit evidence, and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the language services industry and interest in its technology, processes, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
• Ability to understand and use data for moderately complex decisions.
• Flexible approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risks.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, prioritize ongoing projects, and respond to urgent business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ideally in translation or localization.
• Strong listening, collaboration, results orientation, and ability to develop clear solutions to moderately complex problems.
