About the Role

You will identify and prioritize platform updates and services, own the connectivity platform roadmap and strategy, and partner with engineering on technical trade-offs. You will gather internal user needs, turn them into actionable requests, and establish and track key metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience leading internal technical product initiatives from discovery through monitoring
• Technical fluency in large-system design, trade-offs, limitations, and business value
• API knowledge
• Architecture-reading experience
• Technical prototyping with AI assistants
• Cross-functional stakeholder influence and communication
• Fintech experience is a plus
• Generative AI knowledge and experience is a plus
• Software engineering experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery to identify, validate, and prioritize platform updates and services
• Define and own the connectivity platform roadmap and strategy with engineering
• Build shared observability across regions
• Articulate technical trade-offs against business value
• Gather internal user needs and translate them into actionable requests
• Establish and track key metrics
