Product Manager (Payments)

Location: Remote in the US, hybrid, or onsite in New York City or San Francisco; annual company offsite attendance required.

Salary: $204,500–$224,950 annually for NYC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle; $184,050–$202,475 annually for remote US roles, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own Payouts end-to-end, progressing from the current ACH offering toward same-day pay and new payment methods.
• Execute thoroughly on a well-scoped product area with strong judgment and minimal rework.
• Identify edge cases before launch and maintain a high quality bar.
• Decide independently when to act and when to escalate to a manager.
• Partner with engineering, operations, leadership, and external software partners to ship reliably.
• Understand partner payout workflows and translate them into product decisions.

Requirements

• Product management experience in technology companies.
• A track record of thorough, low-iteration execution on well-scoped work.
• Strong judgment about when to escalate versus handle work independently.
• Comfort partnering with engineering, operations, and external partners to complete projects.
• Ability to perform all responsibilities remotely without distraction or disruption while maintaining quality, communication, and productivity.
• Ability and willingness to attend the annual three-day company offsite in the spring.
• Authorization to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.
