Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote across the US East Coast and European time zones; New York and European time zones.

Base salary: USD 220,000–240,000 annually; the description also states up to USD 220,000.

What you will do

• Own major consumer product initiatives from definition and planning through launch and iteration.
• Turn identified product opportunities into strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Use customer insight, product data, and commercial objectives to prioritise work and measure success.
• Initially focus on the consumer product while potentially supporting the institutional platform and shaping product direction over time.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex products at senior or Staff Product Manager level.
• A strong record of delivering zero-to-one products from concept through successful launch.
• Experience in fintech or financial services.
• Excellent product judgement, prioritisation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Strong crypto or consumer-AI experience may be considered as an alternative to fintech or financial services experience.
