What you will do

• Analyze industry trends, platform data, consumer demand, and competitor activity to develop category strategies and product portfolio plans.
• Source and develop suppliers, lead business negotiations, control costs, and build an efficient supply system.
• Coordinate product development from definition through launch, including sales strategies, marketing plans, inventory health, turnover, sales targets, and profitability.
• Optimize product presentation, search ranking, and advertising strategies using user behavior and channel data to improve conversion and market share.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, operations, and marketing to resolve process issues and deliver product launches and iterations.
• Monitor supply-chain quality risks and develop compliance, packaging, and logistics improvements to reduce losses and improve user experience.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in category planning, supplier development, product lifecycle management, market operations, and supply-chain risk management.
• Ability to analyze industry trends, platform data, consumer demand, competitive activity, user behavior, and channel characteristics.
• Ability to lead supplier negotiations, control costs, and coordinate cross-functional product implementation.
• Ability to manage product launches, sales performance, inventory turnover, profitability, compliance certification, packaging, and logistics solutions.
