Location: Waldbronn, Germany; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Ensure supply assurance for allocated suppliers and parts.
• Manage procurement and inventory for manufacturing materials, components, and logistics consumables.
• Manage supplier relationships, including price control, negotiation support, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Balance material availability, inventory targets, business requirements, and supplier constraints.
• Coordinate supplier transitions, ramp-up and ramp-down activities with Engineering and Category Management.
• Collaborate across Procurement, Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and suppliers on supply continuity, risk mitigation, inventory optimization, resourcing, and tariff optimization.

Requirements

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience in Procurement Operations.
• Preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM and PP or similar MRP systems.
