Intern Wholesale Buying (Fashion E-commerce)

What you will do

• Support daily wholesale buying operations, including order placement, master data maintenance, ERP article creation, re-orders, and returns.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports covering sales figures, sell-through rates, stock levels, and racer/bum analyses.
• Coordinate with international brands by processing order confirmations and resolving discrepancies.
• Conduct market, trend, and competitor analyses.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Logistics, and Content teams to support smooth product onboarding.
• Own assigned subtasks while gaining an end-to-end view of international fashion buying.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel, and comfort working with data and numbers.
• Structured, detail-oriented work style with strong teamwork, creativity, reliability, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong affinity for fashion, e-commerce, and digital trends.
• High proficiency in English, written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
