Lead Project Manager, Delivery (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans for enterprise Next Best Action expansion initiatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, schedules, and launch dates across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and business teams.
• Consolidate delivery information into project-health views and prepare recurring status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, governance forums, follow-ups, and launch-readiness activities.
• Support future expansion into new use cases, channels, data sources, and platform capabilities while improving tracking practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Experience coordinating Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, or other delivery organizations.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum software development environments.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities.
• Experience preparing project status reports and communicating delivery progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to identify, track, and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule impacts.
• Strong facilitation, coordination, written communication, verbal communication, and independent-working skills in a fast-paced, collaborative, matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer engagement, marketing technology, personalization, decisioning, or customer experience platforms.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.
