Manager Technical Program Management (PDK)

Location: Malta, New York, USA. Full-time, with less than 10% travel.

What you will do

• Manage PDK and Testchip project managers responsible for delivery through cross-functional teams.
• Lead or coordinate project and program teams from design through fully developed product or program delivery.
• Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, and resource additions.
• Investigate design and planning issues, develop solutions, and provide accurate status updates to functional leaders.
• Support feasibility studies, field trials, product and program gap identification, requirements definition, and customer engagement.
• Improve processes and teamwork across Process Integration, Technology Development, Business Line, Design Enablement, customers, and other organizations while supporting EHS&S requirements.

Requirements

• Engineering bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of at least 5 members.
• At least 4 years of semiconductor industry experience in PDK development.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Database, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Project skills.
• Resource management and allocation, including program sizing and tracking.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Ability to travel less than 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Engineering master's degree.
• At least 5 years of technical project management experience in the semiconductor industry and at least 5 years of team management experience.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes and familiarity with semiconductor market segments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with hirify.global development teams across sites worldwide.
