Dir, Bus Mgmt (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA; travel required 25% of the time.

Salary: $189,000–$260,000 Target Total Cash range.

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction for the Business Management organization and serve as the primary interface between Sales and business units.
• Forecast and deliver booking, revenue, and gross margin commitments while driving market share goals.
• Develop and execute division strategies based on customer roadmaps, high-value priorities, competitive analysis, and product development needs.
• Own management-level customer interactions, customer status, strategy, and technical review meeting preparation.
• Partner with Sales and business units on pricing structures, product enhancements, margin improvement, order closure, and complex negotiations.
• Manage and develop managers and employees across multiple projects and programs.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of relevant systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness applied to financial and operational performance across a business unit, department, or sub-function.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers of managers and executing functional business plans.
• Ability to direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems using advanced analytical judgment.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives and external organizations with sensitivity to the audience.
• Understanding of and ongoing compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct.
