Anaplan Manager

Location: Kansas City, MO, United States or Tampa, FL, United States; hybrid with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site. Travel up to 40%.

Salary: $147,200–$196,880 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Deliver advisory and implementation services for client transformation needs.
• Support full life cycle Anaplan implementations across planning, design, build, prototyping, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support.
• Document business requirements, system and functional designs, transformational goals, process flows, scenarios, and support procedures.
• Configure Anaplan applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick-reference guides, and conduct end-user training.
• Meet targeted billing-hour utilization and support other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field required; a master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 4 years of related experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• At least 4 full life cycle Anaplan implementations.
• An industry-recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership skills, and the ability to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Experience with application integration, back-end data connectivity applications, and installing, configuring, and implementing Anaplan applications.
• Knowledge of Anaplan applications and exposure to or training on Anaplan applications.
• Proven ability to deliver complex and time-sensitive projects.
• Ability to work with clients to understand current-state processes and define future-state processes based on business objectives.
• Ability to travel as needed, with expected travel of up to 40%.
