Business Central Implementation Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Plan and manage all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud ERP implementations.
• Provide functional support and advise clients on Business Central solutions, capabilities, and issue resolution.
• Implement multiple Business Central modules, including Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, Jobs, and Project.
• Manage end-to-end implementation activities, including client introductions, kickoffs, training, configuration workshops, data migration, acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and go-live support.
• Coordinate client and internal meetings, prioritize schedules, maintain weekly project documentation, and submit time and expense entries for invoicing.
• Build product expertise, obtain relevant certifications, and share product releases, features, implementation walkthroughs, support practices, and bug resolutions with colleagues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software implementation experience across various ERP software solutions, including 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with Business Central Financials is mandatory.
• Experience with relevant Business Central modules, including Distribution, Manufacturing, Jobs, and Project.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with implementation teams, organize schedules, and meet client business needs and expectations.
