Sr Implementation Solution Consultant (HCM/SaaS)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $83,500–$119,050 base pay annually, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus plan and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Lead and support customer implementations of hirify.global solutions across Benefits Administration, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition.
• Gather, document, and translate customer business and configuration requirements into effective system solutions.
• Manage projects from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, customer validation, and launch.
• Coordinate solution setup, quality assurance, milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and launch readiness.
• Communicate project status and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
• Support post-live configuration, system updates, Benefits Open Enrollment renewals, integrations, and cross-product projects.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, HR technology, SaaS implementation, Benefits Administration, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• 5 or more years of experience in system implementation, configuration, consulting, or customer-facing technology services.
• Experience gathering customer requirements and translating business needs into system configurations or solutions.
• Experience managing multiple customer projects, priorities, and deliverables within established timelines.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage customer expectations, navigate competing priorities, resolve conflict, and make independent decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or supporting Benefits Administration, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or other Human Capital Management solutions.
• Experience with hirify.global solutions, cross-product integrations, product dependencies, and HCM ecosystem configuration decisions.
• Benefits Administration, Benefits Open Enrollment, Health and Welfare, or related benefits configuration experience.
• Talent Management or Talent Acquisition implementation or configuration experience.
• Payroll or broader Human Resources technology experience.
• Experience with PlanSource or another third-party Benefits Administration solution.
• Strong project management experience driving results across internal and external teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CEBS, GBA, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
