Mechanical Engineer (Medtech)

Location: Bronshoj, Denmark; full-time, onsite

What you will do

• Implement and validate new equipment and processes for production.
• Install machines and work hands-on with the team to prepare them for production.
• Develop and improve dispensing processes.
• Drive NPI initiatives focused on capacity, cost, and quality.
• Explore and introduce technologies that improve production efficiency, quality, and process flow.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers, NPI, R&D, production sites, and QA stakeholders.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in engineering, mechanics, chemistry, physics, or another relevant technical or scientific discipline.
• Experience purchasing and implementing new manufacturing equipment.
• Structured and independent working style with a strong focus on reliability and results.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a GMP-controlled environment, including process and/or equipment validation.
• Knowledge of software programming, automation, or manufacturing productivity.
• Danish language skills.
