Cost Manager (Life Science Construction)

Location: Kalundborg and Copenhagen, Denmark; on-site. Short periods of travel are required to meet clients, partners, and team members.

What you will do

• Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss and expense claims, commercial issues, change orders, and contract issues.
• Assist with final accounts and claims to help clients achieve the best value from completed works.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Prepare cost documentation and communicate timely information to support project management and decision-making.
• Participate in tender and bid processes, from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend through valuations, cost reports, and communication of variations.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• A degree or comparable experience in cost management or a construction discipline.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members.
