Project Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client-facing technology and implementation projects from planning through delivery, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, internal stakeholders, resources, and project dependencies.
• Manage project schedules, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation actions.
• Establish project governance, reporting, and documentation to support visibility and decision-making.
• Guide teams on project methodologies, deliverables, and standards while managing resource allocation and utilization.
• Identify process improvements and streamline workflows to improve project outcomes and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Ability to lead project delivery across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes.
• Strong communication skills for translating project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools, reporting, and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional certification or a similar credential.
• Experience with cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Experience using automation tools or digital solutions to improve project execution.
• Experience supporting change management or process improvement initiatives.
