Data Solution Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States.

Base compensation: $70,000–$90,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage new and recurring implementation projects, milestones, tasks, approvals, risks, issues, quality reviews, application testing, and project documentation.
• Coordinate data intake and client interface requirements with product development, operations, client services, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Perform data quality checks and technical analytics for source-to-target data integration into healthcare data warehouse tables.
• Write data transformation specifications and create and maintain documentation for client interfaces, file layouts, and data requirements.
• Analyze medical claims data, produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports, and provide quantitative and qualitative insights and recommendations.
• Identify process improvements, resolve data issues, communicate technical information, and facilitate internal and client discussions.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years working with client data and client interfaces.
• 2+ years working with relational databases and SQL.
• 2+ years working with Smartsheet, including Smartsheet Control Center, global updates, process enhancements, and building project solutions.
• Intermediate Smartsheet knowledge required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Agile processes.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, data-interpretation, organizational, communication, interpersonal, technical, and process-improvement skills.
• Ability to track multiple projects, work with limited supervision, collaborate cross-functionally, lead meetings, speak with groups and clients, and learn new concepts and software.
• Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area, high-speed internet access, and an office setup.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Project management software experience.
• At least 1 year of hirify.global experience is recommended for internal candidates seeking their next opportunity.
