Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: United States - Remote; up to 10% travel required.

Base salary: $135,000-$200,000 per year across U.S. locations; expected discretionary bonus of 10% of annual base salary.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, vision, roadmap prioritization, scope, sequencing, trade-offs, and outcomes for a key area of the commerce platform.
• Use AI tools to synthesize client interviews, support tickets, surveys, and other qualitative inputs into themes, opportunities, and prioritization insights.
• Prototype and validate product concepts and workflows with AI-generated user flows, wireframe descriptions, and low-fidelity mockups before engineering investment.
• Lead product development from concept to launch, including PRDs, client discussions, testing and QA, change management, adoption, release cycles, and stakeholder reporting.
• Use AI-assisted data exploration and documentation workflows to support evidence-based decisions and produce clear PRDs, one-pagers, and release notes.
• Align designers, engineers, vendors, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders around product strategy, delivery, quality, and client needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in the SaaS industry with a complex enterprise-level product, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
• Experience working on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms.
• Strong experience across the full product development lifecycle, including product goals, outcome measurement, and quantifying feature impact on the business.
• Experience driving strategy and execution for complex, integrated software ecosystems, particularly unifying multiple platforms.
• Experience supporting team-based projects, aligning work with project goals, and contributing to technical teams.
• Experience using AI to synthesize qualitative research, prototype product concepts, accelerate product documentation, and explore and analyze data while applying sound editorial judgment.
• Strong collaboration with vendors, internal teams, large clients, and stakeholders; ability to present product strategy and impact across all organizational levels.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with experience using product analytics tools; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Positive, growth-oriented, action-focused mindset; strong concise written and verbal communication; ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
