Technical Parts Sales Analyst (SAP)

What you will do

• Define recommended spare parts lists for distributed gas turbine new-unit and open-market customers in North America.
• Maintain reference spare parts lists and ensure scope and pricing remain valid for each period.
• Create, validate, and fully load part numbers into SAP with complete attributes and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate handovers across sales, client management, engineering, project management, and order management teams.
• Support sales campaigns, spare-parts trackers, key documents, and additional parts-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in parts management, data analysis, engineering, or supply chain operations.
• Strong proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PLM.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to make decisions and work in remote areas with minimal guidance.
• Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
