Network Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico; full-time onsite

What you will do

• Generate replenishment requirements using demand signals, on-hand inventory, and inventory targets to build network supply plans for the assigned business unit.
• Analyze the product portfolio, identify process improvements, and recommend changes across the planning horizon.
• Support S&OE and S&OP processes, including exception-based reporting and actions to meet actual and forecasted demand.
• Coordinate with demand planning, customer management, supply planning, sales, finance, and external partners.
• Support new product introductions, product conversions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report KPIs and prioritize time-sensitive tasks and deliverables, including service and network inventory metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, including production planning, supply chain planning, logistics, or an end-to-end supply chain role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, statistical analysis, data modeling, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
• Ability to gather data and connect process metrics and measures to business KPIs.
• Experience with planning tools, business intelligence tools, business analytics software, and Rapid Response.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, communication, presentation, self-direction, and sense-of-urgency skills.
