SAP FICO Solution Architect (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; 10–15% domestic and international travel required for project workshops, conferences, go-live, and hypercare co-location projects.

Salary: $167,149–$208,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide functional support for SAP and translate business requirements into system configurations and customizations.
• Design, build, test, and integrate the R2R FICO value stream, including process and integration design.
• Design FICO enterprise structures and master data objects, including business partners.
• Guide project teams through build, data conversion, testing, cutover, service transition, and go-live.
• Prepare functional, data conversion, and integration specifications and resolve SAP solution architecture risks and issues.
• Develop, test, debug, and implement applications and enhancements in Agile or other defined project environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, a related field, or a foreign equivalent; equivalent combinations of degrees, diplomas, or professional credentials may be accepted following qualified evaluation.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered role or a business finance/engineering-related role, including the required SAP FICO experience below.
• Five years of experience configuring SAP FI/CO modules, including GL, AP/AR, and Asset Accounting, with integration to manufacturing finance processes.
• Five years of experience configuring SAP Controlling, including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Profit Centers, for cost tracking, budgeting, and fab-level financial reporting.
• Five years of experience implementing SAP FSCM, including Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management.
• Five years of experience with SAP Product Costing, including standard costing, BOM/routing integration, and plant-level variance analysis.
• Five years of experience with data migration using LSMW and Migration Cockpit.
• Five years of experience configuring SAP COPA for multidimensional profitability analysis across products, fabs, customers, and regions.
• Five years of SAP Enhancement experience with BAPIs, RFCs, and Function Modules, plus SAP delivery using ASAP and Agile methodologies across blueprinting, realization, and deployment.
• Five years of experience with SAP UAT cycles, including test planning, defect management, and validation of end-to-end finance processes in global rollout programs.
• Ability to work independently on unique and complex problems with broad business impact and to support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
