Salary: $84,400–$156,800 per year.

What you will do

• Lead SAP CO workstream activities for global rollout and multi-country template deployment projects.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, lead solution design workshops, and translate requirements into SAP CO solutions.
• Configure and support Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and period-end closing.
• Drive country-specific localization, data migration, master data validation, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, key users, global process owners, vendors, and related SAP FI, MM, PP, SD, PS, and WM/EWM teams.
• Manage defects, change requests, functional specifications, development objects, continuous improvement, and compliance with global SAP standards and governance.

Requirements

• Mandatory SAP Controlling (CO) expertise, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Cost Object Controlling, Costing-Based and Account-Based CO-PA, Activity-Based Costing, budgeting and planning, allocations and assessments, cost allocation cycles, variance analysis, actual costing, overhead cost controlling, and month-end and year-end closing.
• Integration knowledge of SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP SD, SAP PS, SAP WM/EWM, and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience with global SAP rollout and template deployments, including multi-country implementations.
• Experience with data migration, master data validation, cutover planning and execution, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
• Experience in stakeholder and vendor management, change management, and user training.
• Competence in business process analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, project coordination, risk management, issue resolution, communication, team leadership, client relationship management, and decision making.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – Management Accounting (CO) and SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting Certification.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, or a global shared services environment.
• SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting Certification.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• SAP Activate Methodology certification.
