Director - Population Health & Well Being (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - USA; travel up to 30%

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 annual

What you will do

• Partner with regional Employee Benefits leadership to execute population health strategy and support priority opportunities.
• Lead population health consulting delivery across market segments, adapting resources and approaches to engagement complexity and strategic value.
• Provide leadership for complex, high-impact client engagements and ensure consistent, high-quality consulting execution.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and oversee the performance of consultants and analysts.
• Support business development through finalist presentations, prospect strategy, and positioning of population health solutions.
• Develop consulting capabilities, tools, frameworks, best practices, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in population health consulting, employee benefits consulting, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong expertise in population health strategy, healthcare delivery systems, employer-sponsored benefits, and the vendor landscape.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and lead teams in delivering high-quality consulting outcomes.
• Advanced analytical capability for interpreting clinical and financial data and guiding decisions.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and developing talent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading consulting engagements and managing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Life & Health License in good standing.
