Salary: $89,174.00–$142,679.00 per year

What you will do

• Identify and lead pharmacy strategies that reduce cost of care, improve member outcomes, and support enterprise growth.
• Develop and optimize pharmacy products, programs, and partnerships to create revenue streams and improve market competitiveness.
• Evaluate industry, regulatory, and technology trends to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
• Conduct complex financial, operational, and market analyses to support strategic decisions and investment priorities.
• Present recommendations and business insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead strategic initiatives from execution through measurement and continuous improvement, while managing relationships with PBMs, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or a master’s degree and 3+ years of experience, in healthcare strategy, business development, product innovation, market development, consulting, pharmacy operations, or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs, projects, and strategic initiatives from opportunity assessment through execution and value realization.
• Experience in pharmacy health plan operations, PBM, pharmacy strategy, or healthcare consulting.
• Strong business development, product strategy, financial analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success identifying and implementing opportunities that reduce cost of care, generate revenue, and create sustainable business value.
