Contract Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Own Contract Change Notices from initiation through impact assessment, negotiation, approval, signature, and formal issue.
• Coordinate assessments with engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance across technical scope, cost, schedule, risk, compliance, and commercial impact.
• Prepare and negotiate change proposals, including pricing justification, supporting documentation, and amended terms and conditions.
• Maintain the contract baseline, register approved changes, and ensure scope, pricing, milestones, and deliverables reflect the agreed position.
• Track entitlement and notice obligations, manage reporting on open and approved changes, and escalate delays affecting schedule or cash flow.
• Support invoicing and revenue recognition by updating billing milestones and Odoo or ERP records, while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to manage the full Contract Change Notice lifecycle and maintain clear ownership and deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate with customer contracting officers, program managers, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contract terms, applicable public procurement and export-control rules, and internal approval and delegation-of-authority policies.
• Ability to monitor contractual notice deadlines, claims, entitlement, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Ability to maintain complete and traceable records of change decisions and correspondence.
