What you will do
Execute and continuously improve Public Sector onboarding, assembling or refreshing core modules within 7 days of new-hire confirmation and targeting a 25–30% faster seller-readiness period.
Update playbooks and core content within 3 business days when messaging drift, procurement nuance, or recurring objections emerge.

Support managers with structured deal collaboration covering qualification, evaluation plans, procurement-path mapping, and stakeholder strategy.
Maintain a high-adoption Public Sector content system such as Dock, targeting more than 90% usage and keeping pitch, discovery, and competitive materials current.
Track onboarding, adoption, and early-funnel metrics and collaborate with Product, PMM, and Sales Leadership on consistent, mission-aligned messaging.
Requirements
3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or Public Sector sales or sales leadership, with demonstrated ability to coach or enable Public Sector sellers.
Ability to rapidly build and update sales content, onboarding modules, and training resources in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting sales teams selling to federal, state, or local government, preferably in cybersecurity, fintech, or mission-oriented technology.

Analytical ability to track program impact, measure adoption, and identify execution gaps early.
