Radiology Service Coordinator (Radiology Information Systems)

Location: Remote, supporting the Maricopa County region; candidates must reside within Maricopa County, Arizona.

Salary: $19.00–$21.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

A physician-led radiology practice providing radiology services to hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, and referring physicians across the United States.

What you will do

• Coordinate communication between radiologists, hospital clinical teams, referring physicians, IT, and administrative teams.
• Manage physician calls, verify identities, relay results, and connect clinical teams with radiologists.
• Prepare exams for interpretation by attaching prior exams, notes, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor worklists and balance workloads to support efficient radiology operations.
• Provide technical and operational support for PACS, RIS, voice recognition, and other radiology information systems.
• Support collaborative, user-focused clinical and operational work through clear communication and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Healthcare, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare and radiology information systems, with proficiency in PACS, RIS, and voice recognition systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and support diverse teams.
