Senior FP&A Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota or Appleton, Wisconsin; hybrid employees typically work in the office 1–2 days per week.

Salary: $77,478–$104,823 per year.

What you will do

• Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making for Advice & Wealth Management and hirify.global Investment Management.
• Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting on assets under management, revenues, expenses, earnings, and related drivers.
• Perform complex ad hoc analysis and financial modeling, including Experienced Advisor recruiting deal support.
• Analyze forecasts, expenses, affordability, cost-reduction opportunities, and emerging AUM, revenue, and earnings trends.
• Improve recruiting deal-modeling inputs, assumptions, workflows, data, and success measurements.
• Prepare communications and lead meetings presenting business performance, KPIs, and investment analysis to leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance required.
• FP&A, financial analysis, or public accounting experience required.
• At least 2 years of financial planning and analysis or similar experience.
• Ability to manage financial forecasting, budgeting, business partnership, and financial modeling.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Critical thinking, independent prioritization, initiative, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to interact with multiple levels of management and employees and constructively handle conflict.
• Ability to proactively identify issues and take on additional challenges.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in finance or a professional designation such as CPA, CMA, or MBA.
