Finance Business Partner (FP&A)

Location: Hybrid, with in-office attendance once a week for team meetings and collaboration. The position is based in Springfield, Missouri; Monett, Missouri; Allen, Texas; or Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Travel up to 10–15% is required for internal meetings, training, and professional conferences.

Salary: $88,650–$145,000, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Support the Banking Outlink Processing business as part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, operating forecasts, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze revenue drivers, expenses, cash flow, operating results, capital requirements, contracts, billing, and business plans.
• Build complex financial models and prepare financial plans, reports, summary statements, recommendations, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, depreciation, investment opportunities, rates of return, profit plans, and financial statements.
• Advise management on financial policies, procedures, and applications; support business leaders and may assist less experienced peers or act as a team leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• At least 10 years of combined experience in Strategic Finance, P&L Ownership, Finance Business Partner, Finance Operations, Corporate Finance, or FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue and expense analysis, or management reporting.
• Experience in revenue analytics, including analyzing revenue drivers, verifying contracts, and ensuring revenue accuracy.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup formulas.
• Ability to work extended hours, late evenings, or overtime as business needs dictate.
• Ability to travel up to 10–15%.

Nice to have

• CPA or MBA.
• Experience in the financial or fintech industry.
• Experience with Oracle, OneStream, Power Query, or Power BI.
