What you will do

• Partner with leaders across Finance, HR, and Legal on expense planning, monthly close, long-term budgeting, and forecasting.
• Own recurring revenue metrics and corporate KPIs used to measure enterprise performance.
• Conduct global financial analysis covering cash flow trends, foreign exchange impacts, and M&A activities.
• Prepare executive-level financial analysis and strategic presentations for quarterly earnings releases.
• Administer and enhance enterprise planning systems, including Oracle EPM and Hyperion, to improve financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret business drivers from complex financial results.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and forecasting.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate complex financial concepts clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams.

Nice to have

• Hands-on administration or user experience with Oracle EPM or Hyperion Planning.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo.
