Salary: Base salary of $114,000–$178,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and key clients to define and deliver solutions that streamline user workflows.
• Deliver end-to-end features alongside senior software engineers, with opportunities to own implementation.
• Coordinate with web platform and design system teams to create a seamless product experience.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s inner-source culture and standardization across React, Terraform, and Python codebases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of full-stack development experience, or 1+ year of front-end development experience and 1+ year of backend development experience.
• Commitment to delivering quality and client value in an agile manner.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship and authorized to begin work in the U.S. on the first day.

Nice to have

• Python or Java development experience.
• Experience with React, web components, Svelte, and/or Ember.
• Full-stack product engineering experience.
• Experience using generative AI for coding.
