AI Experienced Software Engineer/Lead Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid work at facilities in Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Richardson, Texas; or Tempe, Arizona. Selected candidates work part-time from the office and part-time from home.

Salary: $78,081.25–$159,100.00 per year, plus potential annual incentive pay of up to 18% of base salary.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using TypeScript, Angular, and Go.
• Build intelligent solutions using GenAI, agent-based AI, and large language models.
• Integrate data engineering and data science insights into software products.
• Build and optimize data solutions supporting AI and machine learning workflows.
• Design and implement scalable data architectures and robust data pipelines for business needs.
• Collaborate with engineers and business partners, and potentially lead small development teams.

Requirements

• Successful experience with software delivery, solution design, deployment, and production support.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Angular for frontend development.
• Experience with AI tools and frameworks, including GenAI development, agent-based AI solutions, and LLM integration and deployment.
• Experience working with datasets, data pipelines, data-based solutions, and scalable data architectures.
• Experience with cloud architecture and development; AWS experience with services such as Lambda, EC2, SQS, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, SNS, or SageMaker is desired.

• Python, Terraform, APIs, JSON, and React.
• Azure experience.
• Go backend development experience.
• DevSecOps practices and production integration, deployment, and support experience.
