AI and Full Stack Experienced Software Engineer/Lead Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid work at assigned facilities in Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Richardson, Texas; or Tempe, Arizona. Candidates must be eligible to work lawfully in the United States immediately.

Salary: $78,081.25–$159,100.00 per year, plus potential yearly incentive pay of up to 18% of base salary.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications using TypeScript, Angular, Go, and other suitable technologies.
• Build intelligent capabilities with generative AI, agentic AI, and large language model-based solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering, data science, product, and business teams to integrate data-driven insights into products.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, services, and supporting solutions for AI and machine learning workflows.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to evaluate emerging technologies and business value.
• Transition validated experiments into production through architecture, testing, CI/CD, observability, security, deployment planning, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python, Terraform, APIs, JSON, and modern software development practices.
• Experience developing and deploying applications in AWS, including Lambda, EC2, SQS, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, SNS, and SageMaker.
• Applied experience with generative AI, agent-based AI solutions, large language model integration, and machine learning workflows.
• Experience building robust data solutions, data pipelines, and scalable data architectures.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Angular, with experience in cloud architecture, production deployment, support, and DevSecOps practices.
• Immediate U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, is not available.

• Experience with React and Go for backend development.
• Azure experience.
