Software Engineer, Fullstack (AI)

What you will do

• Build AI-powered features end-to-end, including agent logic, query orchestration, frontend visualization, and insight delivery.
• Design dashboards, notifications, digests, and interactive analysis flows for automated insights.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to define proactive analytics experiences and user interactions with AI-generated insights.
• Integrate shared tooling for agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability with the AI Engine team.
• Instrument tracking and build dashboards to measure feature adoption and the quality of AI-generated insights.
• Participate in the team on-call rotation to improve system health and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 to 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Excellent debugging and technical investigation skills.
• Strong technical communication skills, ideally including collaboration in an asynchronous remote environment.
• Ability to move quickly, iterate in ambiguous greenfield problem spaces, take ownership, and focus on delivering user value.
• Data-driven mindset and genuine curiosity about how people use analytics tools.
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve products used by thousands of companies.

Nice to have

• Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, or tool-use frameworks.
• React and TypeScript experience.
• Django and Python experience.
• Familiarity with analytics or observability platforms.
• Interest in information retrieval, anomaly detection, or statistical analysis.
