IT Systems Technician

Location: On-site in Etna, Ohio, United States. Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, with rotational on-call support and occasional evening and weekend work.

Pay: $27–$34 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.

What you will do

• Provide end-user technology support, troubleshoot incidents, deliver technical training, and maintain excellent customer service.
• Set up and manage computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and mobile devices.
• Oversee IT inventory, track assets, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate technology equipment moves and uphold cabling standards.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Prior IT Systems Technician experience with demonstrated knowledge of networking, hardware, and application systems.
• Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to provide rotational on-call support, including occasional evening and weekend work.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
