Technical Recruiter (AI/ML)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical hiring needs, required skills, and team objectives.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
• Recruit Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, AI Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers specializing in Python, cloud, or AI.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics in the ATS, and monitor AI/ML technology, market, and compensation trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success recruiting Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, AI Engineers, and other advanced technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, AI/ML concepts, cloud technologies, and software engineering roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for startup or high-growth technology companies.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience hiring professionals with Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, Kubernetes, or similar technology expertise.
• Experience recruiting for remote and distributed engineering teams.
