Senior Recruiter (Technical)

Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for multiple AI, data engineering, data science, business intelligence, and software engineering roles across LATAM.
• Coordinate high-volume interview pipelines, project reviews, stakeholder meetings, kick-off meetings, and follow-up communication.
• Source and interview candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, advanced filters, and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct screenings covering English fluency, technical alignment, and cultural fit.
• Partner with U.S.-based hiring managers across time zones and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, generate tech profiles, conduct reference searches, and support talent expansion in Mexico with local market insights.

Requirements

• Demonstrated high-volume technical recruiting experience in AI, data, or software across LATAM and global markets.
• Experience recruiting within the local Mexican market and providing market insights and guidance for regional growth.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, including Boolean searches and advanced filters.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume pipelines while maintaining quality and organization.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across time zones.
• Proficiency with AI sourcing and ATS tools.
• English fluency sufficient for candidate screening and professional communication.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Background in Human Resources or a related field, focused on transparent and effective recruiting practices.
