Location: Miami, Florida, United States; office setting. Travel may be required.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for niche Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Post open positions internally and externally, review applications, and source passive candidates.
• Coordinate recruiting strategy sessions with hiring managers and provide candidates with information about hirify.global and the role.
• Build relationships with professional organizations, military transition offices, colleges, and universities.
• Prepare and send offer letters, attend job fairs and recruiting events, and complete talent acquisition improvement projects.
• Perform HR Generalist duties covering employee relations, onboarding, and benefits; the role is 70% recruiting and 30% HR Generalist work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in human resources, business, or a related area.
• Five years of related experience, including experience sourcing passive candidates.
• Ability to perform the essential functions in a traditional office environment, including sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and moving about the facility.

Nice to have

• Experience in both recruiting and HR Generalist functions.
• Military and/or defense contract experience.
• Behavioral interviewing experience.
• Experience with the Taleo applicant tracking system.
