Sr. Corporate Recruiter (Contract/Temporary)

Location: Anderson, South Carolina, United States; full-time temporary/contract basis

What you will do

• Partner with department heads to determine staffing needs across full-time, part-time, and temporary positions.
• Use recruitment tools and strategies to identify and source qualified candidates, then prescreen applicants.
• Organize and schedule interviews and guide applicants through the hiring process.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and create recruitment materials.
• Represent the organization at local and regional career fairs and develop creative staffing solutions.
• Handle administrative duties including check requests, travel booking, job description creation, position grading, and expense reimbursement.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of general recruiting experience.
• Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for a career in Human Resources.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting salaried engineers, specifically electrical and mechanical engineers.
