What you will do

• Develop and implement recruiting lifecycle initiatives to hire talent across multiple geographic locations.
• Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Use sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines and attract active and passive candidates.
• Facilitate phone, video, and on-site interviews while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate candidate and hiring-manager communication, follow-up, applicant tracking system administration, and recruitment reporting.
• Support campus recruiting through university partnerships, career fairs, information sessions, employer presentations, and student and faculty relationships.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to deliver results consistently.
• Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, energy, effort, and alignment with core values.

Nice to have

• Staffing or recruitment experience.
• Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and processes.
• Experience mapping and sourcing resumes across multiple platforms.
