Supply Chain Manager (Automotive)

hirify.global develops high-end clamps, rings, straps, and quick-connectors for vehicle and industrial applications, supporting engineering, prototyping, and testing for global OEM customers.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build and manage supplier and production-partner networks, including RFI, RFQ, RFP, sourcing, quote review, negotiations, and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate the rollout of new production processes across hirify.global production locations.
• Monitor supply chain performance, identify improvements, and implement process changes.
• Partner with KAM, Program Management, Production, Engineering, and other stakeholders on demand planning, capacity, materials availability, cost, milestones, logistics, and customer order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in automotive.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
• Experience with quality standards including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Experience with inventory management and control.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, teamwork, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Initiative-taking, self-starter approach, and hands-on skills.
